Description

36 Brook Rd has a basketball hoop set up on the esplanade of the street. Not only do I believe it is against city policy to have these on the street it is broken and hangs so low it can be caught by passing vehicles. Passing snow plows and street sweepers cannot effectively clean the street to the granite curbside and sits on the corner in a bad location. It needs to be removed
