Description

Clogged street stormwater drain, flooding sidewalk and bikeway. After heavy rain, the drain stays flooded for a few days. Pedestrians will walk into the bike lane. Plus this can turn to ice in winter and can result in slipping/ damage to humans. Neighboring traveling car lane has drivers moving at least 34-45 mph.
