Description
Overgrown tree/vegetation. Homeowner had been asked almost a year ago to maintain or cut it down and she has refused. Growth has gotten worst and now impeding on driveway and touching the vehicle parked there. View is also being blocked and unable to see pedestrians and vehicles when exiting.
