Woodlawn Neighbors-thanks so much for reporting this! The depression lies above two potable water lines, so our peers in the Water Resources Department will ensure there's not issue with these prior to conducting any surface maintenance. We'd hate to fix the asphalt only to miss the underlying cause and have the same conversation six months from now. I'll update the SCF as it moves forward. Again, thank you!
