It's been a while since this area lighting have been turned on. It is Pitch Black here specially the amount of Homeless/transient that wanders or hide in these area of Ascot Pkwy is appalling. The City have been on the @#$% list for not acting accordingly to what they are supposed to for the Citizens of Vallejo. It is disgusting and it need to be fix! But first, understand the safety in your City instead of painting stupid rainbow on roadway and setting up Stop light at every street of Sonoma Blvd which also a hit and miss project there.
