Every aggressive / intoxicated driver in the city uses Duncan ave to get to 440. we live here. I can tell you how many times I'm slowing down and putting my blinker on to get ready to park or look for a spot and some lunatic goes ballistic. if the cops hung out at 100 Duncan and again at the school PS23 and they will be handing out tickets every day. I know there is speeding after west side but the street is wider there too. The people who live here are a great bunch. how do we keep these lunatics off of Duncan ave ?

once even saw a stolen car crash into the traffic light midday which crashed onto the crosswalk. driver and passenger ran off. the cops followed. didn't even make the news. that was minor.
