Due to nasty neighbors who wished to harass me, I've been targeted for Gang-Stalking. This involves: 1. A massive smear campaign to isolate me from all help. Also, to recruit strangers who don't know me to do their dirty work. They've probably been falsely led to believe that I'm a danger to them...because they act frightened without just cause. 2.trespassing to plant and maintain illegal surveillance devices in order to know where I am at all times in order to stalk and hassle me. 3. People honking around my home in order to deprive me of all peace of mind. They also follow me in their cars with the aid of GPS devices that have been hidden on my vehicle. Cops and FBI can't help. Its too expensive for me to pay someone to remove these devices. The president of the Aspen Hill Civic Association and Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett won't return my calls, or even acknowledge my existance. I suspect that they've been turned against me, too. I've been abandoned to vigilantes who want to force me out of the home I've lived in for 46 years. Also, I am the main caregiver for my elderly mother. I have health issues myself. I think that everyone's trying to drive me into an early grave with their endless harassment. Please Help me...anyone?
