we had a blockage at our house and the plumbers came out and ran 60 ft of snake through our line. they said it is a good possibility that there was a backup in the public sewer system that was causing our backup to the house. they suggested that I contacted you guys to have somebody come out and look at the sewer system that our house is attached to. thank you very much for your time. this is the first time I'm using this system and I hope I'm doing it right. any questions please don't hesitate to ask. thank you
