Thanks for your concern about our newly planted trees. All newly planted trees are on a regular watering schedule and get watered weekly with 20-30 gallons of water if we are not receiving adequate rainfall. Spring planted trees may have smaller than normal leaves and may appear to be suffering but this is normal for new transplants. With the exception of a few larger crabapples on the east side of North Ave, all new trees are doing quite well and we will continue to keep them watered as needed throughout the summer and into the fall. We keep very detailed records of our watering schedule as well as rainfall amounts.
