Would just like to clarify the situation. I own the property at 5001 9th ave north. My address has been used to report the issues however I do not own the refuse containers or mattress and I have nothing to do with the potholes. I believe these issues are on a city easement or perhaps Walgreens property. I am glad to help in anyway I can if I notice any other issues. That small piece of property has been an ongoing problem for 12 years. Side note it has been so bad at times that I have cleaned countless numbers of grocery carts with expired meat and eggs in my bushes that unfortunately also get used as a restroom. I have had my water turned on and left for days apparently after being used as a washing station. Oh and hundreds of beer cans left on my steps over the years. It would great if all that stopped, it is exhausting.

Agree with commenter above. This is not residential property. No idea whose bins these are. Address selected above was just the closest to the location and the app forced a selection. Actual property is here in the city easement behind drainage ditch along 50th street.
