Near miss with car while cycling to work today. Just an update on this issue. Police present to witness fortunately but drivers don't often respect or acknowledge the right of way for the mixed use path here...that or some yield signs for cyclists at this intersection reflecting reality should be considered.

Another close call today with a bright blue SUV/Crossover of some kind not yielding on the turn off of Fuller. I think this needs to get painted and be clearly indicated as a crosswalk. Contacted the U about it but don't expect a reply. Attaching new image to illustrate issue.

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. We will re-assess this portion of Fuller Rd and add the necessary pavement markings as needed. Please keep in mind that the earliest pavement markings can be addressed is in the early summer months, due to contractor availability. Thank you again for your diligence on this matter. We will keep this ticket open until this issue has been deemed resolved.
