See photo for details, but:
- front yard not mowed in months / weeds overtaking and also creeping to neighbor yard.
- invasive weed not managed and overtakes neighbor yard. Both front bush/property line area and back yard, you can see this weed proliferating at fence in alley. This has been an ongoing issue, was a huge problem last summer / prior owner.
