Description
I am a nurse at Rex, live on Mill Run and walk to work. I also frequently run to the Art Museum. There isn't a yield for pedestrian sign at the intersection of Edwards Mill and Duraleigh. Lots of pedestrian traffic at that intersection at all hours of the day. Thanks!

The request for pedestrian yield signage does not make any sense because there are illuminated crosswalk signs at this intersection to cross Duraleigh Rd and Edwards Mill Rd.
What we need is law enforcement because the drivers routinely to not yield to pedestrians at this intersection, speed, and run red lights. It is extremely dangerous to cross this intersection as a pedestrian or cyclist. It's even dangerous with a car.
A sign would be great but what we really need is legitimate law enforcement to address this public safety issue.
