This is actually a on the bus issue but they boarded from the stop. Are passengers supposed to wear shoes? A woman was on #12 inbound yesterday afternoon. She had no shoes, she was wearing only a sports top and spandex pants with no underwear. You could see everything below. Children should not have to see this. She was obviously high, her eyes were about to pop out and she was talking all crazy. Do operators not have a choice to not let people board? I got off that bus at the next stop, that was too scary, who knows what she might have done.
