Description

High incoming and outgoing traffic for Whitmer has torn up the edges of the street. The berms are bumpy and difficult to drive through. While these are not officially potholes, the surface is compromised, and the divots hold significant amounts of standing water. Pea gravel at the edges of yards has worn away, and cars leave ridges and tracks in the mud. The street us not scheduled for resurfacing thus tear, but surely needs it.
