  Jeff-thanks so much for reaching out and reporting this. There is a watermain directly beneath this road deformation; before making any repairs, my peers in the Water Resources Department will ensure the issues with the road surface aren't due to any issues with the subsurface line.   Jeff-we've confirmed there's no issue with the subsurface lines. Our Pavement Maintenance team will move forward with leveling and repairing the roadway.
