Description
When Streetcar #433 pulled into Dick Greco Plaza to pick up passengers heading to Ybor, the operator failed to open the rear doors where we were waiting. We had to follow other passengers through the front doors. When I asked the operator why she did not open the rear doors, she simply said she did not want to and did so in a rude and condescending manner. We were taken aback by her unprofessionalism. Throughout the rest of the day we avoided Streetcar #433 and on every other streetcar we rode over the entire line (1) both the rear and front doors were opened at each stop and (2) the operators were very courteous and engaging.
