  Hi, it's your neighbor on Wallace. There's a drain at the bottom of the grass lot but it gets covered with stuff in the rain. Might be so covered up you can't see it. I try to clear it when I remember. -Juliana, 2569 Wallace

  Giuliana, with all due respect you’ve not been here that long. None of these gutters here are being used especially the one at the end of the block the water doesn’t even touch it. It goes around it and then goes down the hill. Literally not figuratively.

  From the lady who threw the coffee all over everybody’s car when your first moved in. With all due respect, we have one drainage gutter at the top of the street literally on 19th Ave., and then the only other drainage gutter is all the way down at the end of the street by the tree that’s not even being utilized. I think you should get your facts straight before you even say anything.

  I would never do something like that. Someone threw coffee all over our car and has left threatening notes on our stoop. Is this Jill who actually lives on 26th street way?

  We were told that you did it. It wasn’t done before you moved in. But enough of this subject. Regardless the city needs to step up and actually give up some services infrastructure whatsoever . The city has ignored the block for over 25 years whatsoever.
