Homeless bedding, rags, pillows, trash and trash bags all behind this address; under the Australian Pines along St. Joes Creek utility access area. This area has fencing with gate but it has remained open now for a long time which has made gaining access for encampment of people who are not suppose to live or sleep there. Access is easy from the apartment complex that has 43rd Ave. ending right at the gate. This area needs to be cleaned up/it's North of the "Welcome to Kenneth City" sign so not sure if it's Kenneth City or County - I surmise it is County.
