A gentle suggestion that you might get farther by talking to your neighbor directly. (Not assuming you haven’t, it’s just that Hamden’s officials aren’t likely going to get to something this minor as soon as someone nearby could.)

These neighbors are not receptive to suggestions. I could go on and on. Maybe you'd have better luck than me. Cans still left out. Lost count of the weeks/months. But thanks for the suggestion.

Bins remain curbside.
