Dumpster renewal was on 11/24 does not appear dumpster was dumped. The dumpster was delivered with Grafitti on all four sides.

Per the City Code Dumpsters shall be delviered free of any graffiti http://chicagocode.org/10-28-799/ There is no right of way permit issued at this time for this dumpster.

“Graffiti” shall mean an inscription, drawing, mark or design that is painted, sprayed or otherwise placed on or in a dumpster without the consent of the provider.
