Description
There has been a cable TV cable running along the curb/gutter on the north side of Sawmill Rd. across from Mine Shaft Rd. for over 2 years now. The current black sheathed cable replaced an orange cable originally installed. This is the 3rd time I have sent this issue to SeeClickFix and it has never been addressed.
This cable is thick and very difficult for a stroller or wheelchair to get across. On top of that this street crossing is already difficult to navigate due to its location and sight limitations to both drivers and pedestrians. A wheelchair having to slow down to cross the cable increases the crossing time and danger to pedestrians.
Please make the cable TV company responsible and correct this issue.

We have a similar problem along Belle Crest Drive 6300-to 6313. It is the poor quality Google Fiber install that can not survive the NC climate changes.
The most recent repair has become a tripping hazard for a disable veteran who can no longer access his mailbox.
The attached image shows the fiber cable work-around that resulted when the fiber cable installed in the street (with asphalt break down along install path) was found to be 'broken' during a new customer service install.
Please send the Google Fiber franchise back to CA.
