Description
Alley has eroded since being surfaced about 6 months ago with asphalt compound. The alley east of 41st St. is not paved except for the end of the alley that looks like photo, while alley west of 41st St. is paved. Our alley requires a lot of maintenance as the ruts and potholes return in short order.
