Good afternoon,

I recently had an active request that was closed regarding alot of standing storm water. There is standing water just in front of our house for days and is a perfect environment for mosquito breeding.

Also, days when there is a lot of rain the pooling is so dense we are worried about damage on our car.

The last request was closed and the note stated that repair was already was done. There was nothing done and not sure why it was closed due to completion. I did speak to someone that came out to to take a look but he stated he couldnt do anything because there was no active water currently. You can clearly see that it is an issue even on dry days when looking at our house compared to others on the street. Thank you.
