Q. What is the problem?
A. The northbound bike lane floods every time it rains and remains flooded for a day or two after. The storm drains may be clogged.
Q. Specific location?
A. Northbound bike lane on 5th Ave NE. Flooding starts just south of NE 170th St near the bus stop and extends around 300 ft further south.
