Half the time there is no left turn arrow given for east bound Ryan to south bound Dequendre. many times cars are stuck in the intersection waiting on left arrow that doesn't appear. The light changes from green on Ryan to red. With the ammount of traffic during rush hour, I've seen many accidents at this intersection for this reason.
