Description

This is one of the oak trees planted by the city about a year ago. I NOW has a very obvious tilt to it, and if the soil got much damper at this point I think it would fall over. We were told when these were planted that the city would take care of them for the first 2 years, and I don't think it's even been 1 year that they've been around. This is between the street curb and the sidewalk, so it's on city property, not private.
