Thanks to some irresponsible residents who fill up the baskets with their household trash, the city removed most of them. We have trash pick-up once a week, but apparently that's not enough for some folks who stuff the public waste baskets causing more litter to end up on the street. These people deserve a Bad Neighbor Award for contributing to litter on the street and inconvenience to all!
