Description

My family and I have been scammed by PCS computer repair shop in Bristol, CT. (main location in watertown, CT) We've been hearing alot about computer repair scammers and thought going to this business would be better than a friend or someone off the street. The guy at the shop diagnosed our comp and said it was unfixable and said he could get all the information off our comp and it would take a couple days. We tried calling after a week and never heard back - we tried calling many times and didn't hear back for a month! Went down to pick up everything and he didn't give us our comp back! We had to ask several times for it back - he tried to tell us people dont take their comp back and sometimes the company pays $25 for it for parts. It was humilating, but we finally got it back - but with the wrong cord and with no battery. I called the manager at the Watertown location, Neil, and he only cursed me out and hung up on me! We need help! Now we find out this has happened to alot of people!
