That’s the result of poor city planning. Pretty sure they’re dying because any landscaper knows not to plant during the hottest time of year. Plus they’re in METAL containers. The roots are just burning up and boiling in this hot summer sun. I knew as soon as they were planted last month they’d all die. But who do we talk to? How can reach the people making these poor decisions. I’ve called city hall, no one cares.

I'm almost positive they are overwatering them. If the soil is too moist, the roots can't get oxygen. The yellow leaves on the trees are a sign of that.
