Pic was taken between Northern curb and drop off to stream, roughly across from Fleet Feet and the entrance to the businesses on the lower level of that building. Pic was taken yesterday, so stream probably has cleared overnight. Previous source of muddy run-off has been the new Housing Authority offices project on Trinity.
