I have left a message for the owner of a different St. Paul Street property which was found to be the source of one of the bags of trash. The contents identified a specific property which was not 331 St. Paul Street.
We will update the site when we confirm the identity of the responsible party and the enforcement action that is taken.

There was one bag that belonged to another property on St. Paul Street which was not 331. Our findings were that a minor was responsible for placing that bag there. The parent contacted me about the incident and we agreed on a corrective plan that prohibits any similar future incidents and to clean up any loose items in that area.
I have also spoken to the property owner and property manager for 331 St. Paul Street about their plan to maintain the area. Their plan to remove the dumpster should result in fewer issues.
Please report any future issues on this site. The property owner and property manager receive these reports and are just as eager as Code Enforcement to see the property maintained in compliance with city ordinances.
