Code Enforcement drives around Kenwood however I think more could be done to help clean-up these neglected properties.

Someone should just kill the grass and plant native ground cover. So they have a low maintenance option.

They should just spray the grass with vinegar salt and soap. Then plant sunshine mimosa and let it take over so they have a maintenance free yard.

This house is in foreclosure. The alley side is worse.
