Overhanging trees that block sidewalk causing kids to walk in the street property fill ed with crack bottles and dope bags causing me too constantly clean the sidewalk

When is the code department going to check the basement apartment. I now getting threats by the people who hangs inside the apartment.... Trying my best to believe in the system, before my mindset has me thinking outside the box.

I now realize that the city of Newark cares little about the quality of life. For them not to see that open garage filled with litter and debris is is not a fire hazard is mind-boggling. After living in this house for over 30 years I will soon be placing it on the market. Thinking outside the box is painful especially when it's force you to move.
