1. 29th Street & Broadway Av, Northeast corner. In the parking lot of Grocery Outlet, 2900 Broadway Av, Oakland.

2. Male subject generously feeding birds.

3. Person is male adult black, about late 50's to 60's in age and 5'-9" tall, medium build, graying hair, brown complexion, gray baseball cap, red long sleeve sweatshirt, light blue jeans, light-medium gray-black sneakers with orange accents at edge of heel.

4. Subject vehicle is a black Honda Civic 4-door sedan, license 8GWJ622.
