Description
Pot hole at corner of 7th st north and 7 th avenue was reported last week . A barricade was put in front of it the very next day. However, the barricade has no warning lights on it and can't be seen at night . It has been hit twice in the last 24 hours . Can it be replaced with one that has blinking lights? Or better yet, can someone come out and fill the hole with sand or asphalt. Problem solved
