I thought doors have to either be taken off or somehow secured/locked because children can be trapped inside and suffocate. Hopefully the pickup is happening asap and this doesn't present a danger?

The issue is that the doors are still on the refrigerator and pose a suffocation hazard, not that it was put out for collection.

At the transfer station, we ask for the doors to be taken off. Please reach out to Republic to see if they need the doors off. We have reached out to Republic and confirmed they have this scheduled for pick up. The city of marlborough does not do bulk pick up. Thank you!
