Description

Lines are hanging down from poles. Progress energy has been called about it 3 times, but the lies aren't there's. Either belong to TWC or AT&T. People keep reporting them as live wires and progress energy keeps coming out. This has been not fixed since the tornados in April!

This looks like cable. We will contact AT&T and TWC to see if we can get someone's attention there. The best we can do is notify them. It would be a good idea to contact them yourselves as well as this is a service line and not an obstruction in the street.

It would be helpful to know whose cable it is in order to contact the correct company. This isnt just a problem at this location as there are MANY cables hanging all over this neighborhood.

Unfortunately we can't tell you with any degree of certainty. We have notified both companies. It is definitely not a power line.
