This intersection is under the jurisdiction of the state Department of Conservation and Recreation. This problem is ongoing and I have brought it to their attention repeatedly. Apparently, the solution is going to be a an upgrade of the traffic computer controlling the lights at this location. Will Brownsberger, State Senator
