This is not a pothole. Our storm drain cover broke last week after heavy rains, there are new cracks in the pavement from 6th St to Booker Creek and now this hole opens up in the road and its over a foot deep. Something serious is going on underneath the street and needs to be addressed immediately.

The SPTO call center acknowledges this issue and will be issuing a work order to the appropriate crew for service within five business days. Please understand some issues can be more complicated than they appear on the surface. The cause and solution may involve multiple utilities and government agencies and may take more time than anticipated.

Can we get an update on the status of this project. The city repaired the collapsed pipe and sewer covering but has left both repair sites unfinished and requiring paving. Its been over a month now so please complete the repair.

The SPTO Call Center has received an update that this issue has been addressed by the corresponding crew.
