This has been reported before and the City has closed it saying the developer made the repairs. The developer KBD made the repairs and they lasted a few days. Here it is today and has been this way for weeks. The residents of 14 Park Place have to continue to put up with the building pains and had to find their own cones and bucket to place in this dangerous sink hole. It is continuing to worsen after every rain. It needs to be done properly and fast. This is a high dangerous traffic area that is overlooked by the city and really just a mess.
