Verizon Underground box - has completely crushed lid covering the hole. Tried calling Verizon million times. Everyone kept transferring. No one knows how to get that lid replaced. Child could easily fall into that hole. It’s between the street and sidewalk. Basically next to the sidewalk where kids play. It’s a hazard. Needs to be fixed ASAP
