Description

Lighting leading to and from neighborhoods (8th Ave, 9th Ave, 10th Ave, 11th Ave, 12th Ave from east 15th Street to east 18th Street ) surrounding Franklin Elementary school is too dim. We need better lighting especially in the winter months as children and parents walk home from school in the evenings.
