Please see below. Unfortunately the repair in December did not last. The manhole cover is not seated properly again; and when a vehicle drives over it, it sounds like shots are being fired again. DESCRIPTION
In the westbound lane of Tampa Road, directly in front of the mailbox at 835 Tampa Road in Palm Harbor, is a manhole that has a loose cover. I live right across the street in the Sherwood Forest RV Park facing Tampa Road. Every time a vehicle crosses that manhole, it sounds like shots are being fired . . . annoying during the day and keeping me from sleeping at night.
