Description
The walkway across the median of Scio Church has not been cleared of snow. The median of 7th on this corner has the same problem. The small piece of sidewalk on the NW corner of this intersection, adjacent to Greenview Park, also has not been cleared of snow.

I'm attaching a picture I took at 5PM on Feb 10. Yesterday (Feb 9) the plows cleared the streets, but that left a very large snowbank on the approach ramp to Greenview Park. There is ice and water on the approach ramp and no salt, sand, or traction aid. When I stepped over the snow bank onto the approach ramp, I slipped on the ice and fell onto the ground.
This portion crosswalk and its approach ramps were obviously partially cleared by a machine earlier in the week. But it is still not safe to walk here.
