Description

It is 11:45 on a Thursday and McGearys has live music outside their building. The music is very loud. I live at 17 Chapel St. With my bedroom facing Chapel. Does McGearys have a permit to have music outside? Isn't there a noise ordinance in Albany? Such musical activities outside should not occur after 11 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends.
