Hello County, seems like this is a legitimate. Fireworks also kept my family up until 2am. Selfish neighbors. To the comment above, seems like this is none of your business lady. Thank you Sarasota County.

Please disregard the last comment as this is either the same person under an alias email or it is someone that does NOT live in this neighborhood. Furthermore, bin was taken back in an hour after this person posted the original complaint. We live right next door to this homeowner who the original complaint is about and it was not in issue for us nor was it an issue for the other neighbors surrounding them. The person complaining lives 5 houses down from this home. Thank you..

again none of your business Lady. County Code enforcement law states no sooner than 5pm throughout the County. No exceptions, including my neighborhood. Why are they privledged?

Waste containers may be set at teh curb no earlier than 5pm that day prior to pick up, and removed from the curb no later than 10am the day after the pick up.
