Red left arrow from Dunlop left on Madison Town Center to go to I-565 stays red for more than a minute even when there is no other traffic using this intersection. Most of the time this intersection doesn't have a lot of traffic except maybe when the Trash Pandas are playing. Please adjust the light timing to facilitate traffic flow.
