The constant nonstop banging from the construction site next to my apartment complex makes it impossible to study or sleep. I work nights. Starting at 7 am every morning I am woken up by the banging. I understand the construction has to get done, but it’s so loud in my apartment that its driving me insane. Is there not a barrier they could use to abate the noise?
