Description

Illegal Dumping at bus stop/city trash can in front of EBMUD lot at 3055 - 35th Ave. (at School Street).....broken furniture, BBQ, debris. Also, PLEASE FIX DOOR TO TRASH CAN THAT DOES NOT SEEM TO LATCH CLOSED most days.
